Weeknight Salmon Dinner

My roommate has been dying for salmon and we had a friend join us for dinner tonight so I whipped up this super simple summer dinner. I made this for three people but feel free to adjust for however many you may be serving.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil
  3. Season salmon (on all sides) with a little bit of garlic salt, some Herbes De Provence, and a lot of Dill Weed. Place on cookie sheet
  4. Chop the ends off of your asparagus and place them on the cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil on the asparagus generously and season with salt and pepper. Toss asparagus on the baking sheet to make sure that they are coated evenly.
  5. Cook asparagus and salmon in the oven at 400 for 14-16 minutes
  6. Cook couscous according to package directions and season with Lake Shore Drive Seasoning and Garlic salt (optional)
  7. Serve and enjoy!
