This is so easy I feel like I shouldn’t even post it, but here we are…

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 package of pre-chopped mushrooms (it was a rough week… but yes you can buy them and cut them yourselves)
- Spice House Tuscan Bread Dipping Seasoning
- Ultima Pietra Olive Oil
- Rosemary
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil (trust me you’ll be happy you did this)
- Clean asparagus and cut ends
- Clean and chop mushrooms (if you’re not lazy like I am and bought them pre-chopped)
- Arrange asparagus, mushrooms, and chicken on cookie sheet. There’s no real science to this, you just want to make sure the chicken has enough room to cook.
- Season both sides of the chicken breast and lightly season veggies.
- Drizzle Olive oil over the entire contents of the cookie sheet
- Cook for 30 minutes, flipping the chicken over after 10-12 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
