Simple Chicken Pan Dinner

This is so easy I feel like I shouldn’t even post it, but here we are…

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil (trust me you’ll be happy you did this)
  3. Clean asparagus and cut ends
  4. Clean and chop mushrooms (if you’re not lazy like I am and bought them pre-chopped)
  5. Arrange asparagus, mushrooms, and chicken on cookie sheet. There’s no real science to this, you just want to make sure the chicken has enough room to cook.
  6. Season both sides of the chicken breast and lightly season veggies.
  7. Drizzle Olive oil over the entire contents of the cookie sheet
  8. Cook for 30 minutes, flipping the chicken over after 10-12 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
